Guesthouse-Hostel "Kubat-tour" agency

I have mixed feelings about Kubat Tours. I dont regret to have done the tour with his agency but I wouldnt book him again. Everything went almost perfect but the price was just too high. August, 2018, trip for 2 persons On the positive side we had a great tour through the Naryn Area with the best yurts and an excellent car and nice driver. On the other hand we payed far too much for it. So we payed for a 3night tour 48600 SOM. We got: - a 24year old guide who had never been in this area before and couldnt speak any word english (he was very charming though) - good Toyota SUV, but belts weren‘t working!! - dinner, breakfast & yurt stay at Songkul / Tash Rabbat / Kolsu - options for trekking - 2 hours of riding (was fun!) - some great panoramic roads which you propaply wouldnt drive if you didnt knew them What I missed; - we didnt get Lunch (luckily we brought our own food) - we didnt get water (luckily we bought 8 bottles water before the trip) Some calculation: A yourtstay with dinner & breakfast costs 1200 Som for 2 persons. A bottle of water costs 25 Som. A driver costs around 500 - 1000 Som a day. So how comes Kubat to a final price of 48‘600 Som? Its way too much and just not fair. Rumors say that Kubat Tours/Nomadsland and specially CBT are sponsored and influenced by Swiss/American people and they keep the prices high. Kirgistan is a great country with charming people. It should be possible to travel here for reasonable prices.
