ONE WAY TOUR - travel to Armenia

Мы с женой в начале августа ездили в Армению, тут нам помогли подобрать подходящий тур. Мы выбрали тур который называется "Солнце Армении", рассчитан на 8 дней и 7 ночей. Он нам очень понравился по описанию, ну и по деньгам как раз подошел. One Way Tour смогли организовать нам нам отличный отдых. О каких-то бытовых моментах мы вообще не заботились, все было организованно таким образом, что мы могли себе позволить просто расслабиться и наслаждаться моментом. С проживанием, питанием и экскурсиями все было в порядке. Страна понравилась, много красивых мест, гостеприимные люди, было здорово и мы хотим туда в следующем году еще съездить.

If you want an enjoyable tour DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Our experience with travel one was the worst . Our tour started horribly wrong when not even 5 minutes into our drive, our bus broke down. We were a group of 15 people, which includes small children and elderly people. The driver proceeded to try and fix the bus and told us everything is fine, and started to drive on our route. Keep in mind. This bus had no air conditioning and the windows were inoperable. The temperature outside was around 50 degrees Celsius. The heat was unbearable without airconditioning. After a 4/5 hour drive to one of our destinations the vehicle broke down again on an extremely steep slope. After waiting there for nearly an hour in the heat, the bus couldn’t get fixed so they sent another one only it wasn’t a bus it was a van for 13 people; again no airconditioning, no operable windows. Our whole group including two tour guides were 17. Please tell me how they did the math? After an exhausting first day, we started our journey again to the next destination. After being extremely rushed through the first two beautiful destinations, we didn’t make it to the last two places we were supposed to because of all the set backs, and on top of that we had to eat at a “food court” on the side of the road, and every single person in our group got food poising! We were promised a beautiful and serene dining destination instead it was a dirty food court on the side of the road. Again we did not make two of the destinations that were on our agenda. If our schedule was not achievable the tour company should have warned us and told us to eliminate some of the destinations to make the trip relaxing and allow more time at each place. When it came to taking the money, they were so quick to take it, but when we called to complain they refused to answer the phone. They haven’t even called to apologize or offer compensation back. DO NOT USE THEM! STAY AWAY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU CAN FEEL SAFE WITH YOUR FAMILY AND ACTUALLY ENJOY YOUR TRIP AND EVERYTHING ARMENIA HAS TO OFFER. Extremely disappointed!!

In June 27 we had a tour to Dilijan. That was one of the great and memorable days. Our guide Marine and driver Warants were great, they helped us in every possible way to enjoy the tour. Thank you very much.

Marina and Varant are awesome. We had a one day tour in which the great experunce made us book one more tour with the company and then yet another tour. Definately recommended. If you want to get excellent/honest customer service/advice ask for Naira.
