It was not a bad experience. We reached at 10:50 for our 11:10 appointment and told to wait outside in the sun(when we could have waited inside, there were a lot of empty chairs ) till 11:10 and were only allowed entry by the lady at the reception who was rude(and didn't let us enter even 2 mins early), at 11:10 which was our time to submit the application. We waited another 30-40 mins for our turn and submitted documents at 11:50 instead of 11:10. Regarding submitting documents there was no problem.

I am very satisfied with the services of this centre. It delivers high-quality services and the staff is professional, friendly, caring and helpful. By the way, I saved a lot of time :)
